Expecting your first baby...is there ever a more emotional and magical time? Yes, I know it's not all sweet baby shoes and first kicks (did someone say morning sickness?), but truly past all of that, it is a time of real anticipation, anxiety, wonder and best of all, hope for the future. It's a time to savor those last few months/weeks/days as a couple, when it's "just us" and you don't even realize how much your life, heart and world is about to expand. Lifestyle maternity photography is just that. It is taking time to record your life and relationship before your little turns it beautifully upside down.
I met the Zerbys at their gorgeous home in Springfield, OH on a cold, gray January Saturday. Inside their home though, was anything but gray. It was so warm, and cozy and the perfect place for baby to call home. These two were a lot of fun. They laughed through their whole session, and I loved every minute of it! Not to mention the awesome windows and natural light inside the house! I don't think Dad quite knew what he was agreeing to, but he was a champ. These two are going to make awesome parents and I can't wait to meet their baby girl in a few more weeks!!
