I am still playing catch-up on the blog! Seeing as how it is July 2nd and I am posting Memorial Day, haha! It's just a different Stars and Stripes. Every year our church, Riversong Church participates in the longest Memorial Day parade in Ohio (possibly in the nation!). It is a blast and we have done various things throughout the years - like having live worship on the float. This year, it was up to our Riversong kids to shine as they danced to kids worship on the float. It was super hot, and they were great sports. They ran out of steam half way through but still smiled and waved at the HUGE crowd that turned out to see the parade in Springfield. I had so much fun walking the parade with my church family and documenting the day. We had a great time blessing our city with bottles of water and candy for the kids.
